Product Manager

Job Description

Research, analyze, define product features and create metrics to measure the impact of the product on the company
Write the specs of new features and enhancements
Collaborate with the cross-functional team such as sales, customer support, ops to deliver a better product
Lead the product execution and deployment, meet defined milestones and delivery dates
Conduct regular basis meeting with the team

Requirements

At least one year of working experience as a product manager or project manager
Passionate in data-driven product development
Excellent analytical skills
Strong planner and very organized
Solid oral and written communication skills
Has prior experience as a software developer
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Java, Python, Ruby, Go
Has prior experience using agile product development or Scrum
Has advanced degrees i.e. Masters, MBA, Ph.D. is a plus

Scrum Master

Job Description

Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team
Manage and monitor the development process
Coach team members in Agile frameworks

Requirements

At least one year of working experience in the related field
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information System, Telecommunication) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop and execute visual designs with attention to detail by taking files from PSD to code

Passionate in digital product design (Website, iOS, Android)

Frontend Developer

Job Description

Experience with recent JS framework such as VueJS, React, Electron, and Web Components

Requirements

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
PHP, NodeJS, Java, Python, Go or another server-side programming language is preferred
Extensive experience in one of these databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Job Description

Design and build application for the Android Platform

Develop and maintain unit test cases

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in the development of Android application
Proficient with Android SDK, Java, XML and Android Frameworks
Experience with Android Studio

Job Description:
